Henry got a bill that he didn't like. His internet service provider, Infostrada, automatically withdrew 28 euros from his credit card every two months. So he could feel relaxed almost all the time. However, this time, instead of 28 euros, Infostrada had withdrawn 56 euros. Henry went online and looked at his account. It was written that he had a debt for one month when the card wasn't active. That's why Infostrada took double payment. Henry was trying to remember the time when the card was not valid, but he couldn't. He always used this card and had never had any problems before. Henry knew that providers often took more money without any reason and just told you something you wouldn't be able to contest. That's why he decided not to call them and not to waste his time. |
