Twenty-six-year-old Ryan Sinclair has always loved bikes. |

"I can't remember a time when I wasn't either on a bike or fixing one," he says. |

"And it was when I was cycling in Holland that I heard about a charity which mends old bikes and send them off to people who are living in extreme poverty." |

Ryan now donates all his spare time at weekends to fixing bikes for the charity. |

I recently went out to Zambia to see where our bikes end up. |
