26 Ryan now donates all his spare time at weekends to fixing bikes for the charity.

28 I recently went out to Zambia to see where our bikes end up.

30 In one family the man and woman had to walk for over an hour to get to their fields and the journey to market took the whole day.

32 Their income has trebled and the parents now have time to go to classes to learn to read and write.
33 I get an enormous sense of satisfaction from it and I've made some lifelong friends.
34 That was the suggestion made by students at one Oxforde college to raise money for young carers in the local area.
35 They've organised a 24-hour dance marathon, where local pledge $5-10 for every hour a couple dances.
