If your Facebook page doesn't display in your Facebook Feed widget, you need to check for the following: Type of page. Facebook Feed widget supports only regular pages. So if your source page is a group page or a personal page, unfortunately, it won't display in the widget. Access restrictions. Our widget supports only publicly accessible pages. So if your page has any access restrictions whatsoever, it won't display in the widget. To fix this, you need to remove access restrictions from your page on Facebook. If your page is a regular public page and it still doesn't display, please contact our Support Team. We'll do our best to fix this for you! |

To configure your widget, first select the template you'd like to use. Each of our widgets has several templates to choose from. Templates are basically widgets preset for specific use-cases. You can choose the one that suits you best from the point of view of widget placement or content you need to feature. After you've chosen the template, click Continue with this template. After selecting the template you'll get to the editor where you can upload content to your widget (when required), set its styles, settings and appearance. All the changes you make will be immediately displayed in the preview in the right part of the screen. When you're finished customizing your widget, just press Save. |

After you've created your account, you need to confirm it. Until you do, you will see a banner in your account. Confirmation email is automatically sent to the email you've registered after you created your account. After you follow the link in the message the confirmation bar will be removed from your account. In case you didn’t get the confirmation message, please check the Spam/Unsolicited mail folder. If it’s not there, you can press Resend Email button and the confirmation email will be sent to you once again. If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox after the second attempt, please contact our Support Team and we'll be happy to look into this for you. |

To access the Services, you must create an Elfsight account associated with a valid e-mail address. You may only create one account per email address. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by you, your employees or a third party (including your contractors or agents) and, except to the extent caused by our breach of this Agreement, we and our affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account. You will contact us immediately if you believe an unauthorized third party may be using your account or if your account information is lost or stolen. You may terminate your account and this Agreement at any time in accordance with Section 7. |
